With our ETI Coater, we manufacture label materials in-house, allowing full control over coating, adhesives, release liners, and substrates to meet precise customer specifications across any application or market.
This capability enables the development of custom material constructions engineered for performance and efficiency, including the use of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) liners.
Our 1 mil PET liner is 60% thinner than the industry standard 2.5 mil paper liners, improving converting efficiency, press performance, and dimensional stability while reducing material usage and overall cost.
By controlling the full formulation process, we can design optimized label materials beyond standard off-the-shelf options.
